Характеристики

Needle punched felt are made from PE, PP, PTFE, FMS, glassfiber, PPS, P84, aramid, basalt to meet to meet normal or high working temperature.

Compared with ordinary filter material, needle-punched felt has many advantages as following:

high hole rate and good air permeability
high efficiency of cleaning and low density of gas
after heating, singeeing and coating treatment, the surface should be smooth, difficult to stop up and out of shape
long working life
extensive use and good chemical stability.

Usage: filter normal atmospheric temperature or high temperature gas including corrding gas mixed with acid and alkali, water, oil.

Application: it is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, smelting, generating electricity, pottey, machinery, mine, petroleum, deystuffs, food, grain processing, etc.
