Syphilis Antibody Test Cassette
(Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma)
INTENDED USE
The Syphilis Antibody Test is a lateral flow immunoassay for the simultaneous detection and differentiation of Syphilis Antibody in human serum, plasma, or whole blood. It is intended to be used as a screening test and as an aid in the diagnosis of infection with Syphilis. Any reactive specimen with the Syphilis Antibody Test must be confirmed with alternative testing method(s) such as ELISA or PCR.

These can be test by serological experiment.

REAGENTS AND MATERIALS PROVIDED
1. Insert Each kit contains 1-50 test devices, each sealed in a foil pouch with three items inside:
a. 1 cassette device.
b. 1 pipette dropper.
c. 1 desiccant.

STORAGE AND STABILITY
All reagents are ready to use as supplied. Store unused test device unopened at 2°C-30°C.
If stored at 2°C-8°C, ensure that the test device is brought to room temperature before opening. The test device is not stable out of the expiration date printed on the sealed pouch. Do not freeze the kit or expose the kit over 30°C.

TEST PROCEDURE
Step 1: Bring the specimen and test components to room temperature if refrigerated or frozen. Mix the specimen well prior to assay once thawed.
Step 2: When ready to test, open the pouch at the notch and remove device. Place the test device on a clean, flat surface.
Step 3: Be sure to label the device with specimen’s ID number.
Step 4: For whole blood test
Apply 1 drop of whole blood (about 40-50 μL) into the sample well.
Then add 1 drop (about 35-50 μL) of Sample Diluent immediately.

READING THE RESULTS
Positive (+)
In addition to a pink colored control (C) band, a distinct pink colored band will also appear in the test (T) region.
Negative (-)
Only one colored band appears on the control (C) region. No apparent

Invalid
If a color band is not visible in the control region or a color band is only visible in the test region, the test is invalid.
Another test should be run to re-evaluate the specimen. Please contact the distributor or the store, where you bought the product,
