single and double jump latest lownoise high speed precision press machine, high speed
precision fin mold, latest guide bar type fin stacking device, waste material collection device,
and electrical control system with HMI.

Main Features
A) The company uses Pro/E 3-D software to analyze to get an ideal press frame structure. And the frame is made of quality steel plates which are under 2-time heat treatment to remove remaining stress.
B) The main shaft of the aluminum fin press machine adopts NSK brand bearings.
C) The main shaft of aluminum fin press machine adopts the balancing pneumatic cylinder mechanism to ensure the accuracy of the lower dead point.
D) The slide block of aluminum fin press machine is a casting part with high rigidity and light weight. The slide block has 6 sides for direction guidance, and it has the advantages of long guidance distance, high precision and strong anti-deviation ability.
E) The slide block inside is equipped with a hydraulic overloading device. The fin press machine is topped automatically at overloading situations so as to protect the press and mold.
F) The aluminum fin press machine employs the advanced Japanese HMI automatic collective lubrication system. The oil piping system is set with an alarm.
G) The aluminum fin press machine adopts dry type pneumatic clutch brake with advantages of low noise and easy maintenance.
H) The combination of frequency conversion motor and inverter has the advantages of low noise and low energy consumption.
I) The aluminum fin press machine adopts the combination of frequency conversion motor and inverter system which has a low noise and saves energy consumption.
J) The two sides of the working area are protected with the light curtain so as to ensure operator safety.
