Function:
This machine is a combing applied device for extracting and concentrating of medicine's active principle, whose merits is to join extraction and concentrate into one body. It adopts full-closed constant cycle to extract and concentrate. During the heat extract course, the medicine liquid in the extracting tank constantly enters the heater and the evaporator through the filter to perform cycling concentration. The second steam produced out of extraction and concentrate is cooled through a special condenser. The hot condensate liquid returns to the material's deep layer in the extracting tank, which makes the materials contact fully, playing a part of extracting and replenishing solvent in dynamic state. Meanwhile, this technology can shorten extracting and concentrating time and increase production efficiency and the medicine plaster's forming rate.
