Hose is the standard PVC lined product, with single or double jacket. Compared with the standard jacket, the thicker jacket has better abrasion resistance and higher working pressures. The warp is made of high strength polyester yarns. And weft /filler will use the polyester filament with high strength, low elongation. The jacket shall be evenly and firmly woven and free from visible defects, thread knots, lumps and irregular twist. The available stripe colors are red, yellow, blue, green, tan, orange, black, purple, and silver. The jacket of hose is usually white. Color fire hose has a wear-resistant coating and the color of the coating is usually red, yellow, orange, blue, green and tawny. The wear-resisting coating is the mixture of water-based polyurethane and color master batch. Smooth PVC tube-with good tenacity and flexibility. Hose can be rolled easily for storage. Wide range of operating temperatures-hose can be used under the temperature from -22ºF to 158ºF without stiffening. The jacket with water and mildew-resistant will not rot, even if the hose is stored under the wet circumstance.![]()
