Polymer Cement-based  Waterproof  Coating 

 

Brief Introduction

       Polymer cement-based waterproof coating is composed by components, liquid and powder.

The liquid component, using the foreign technology,comes from the mixture of acrylic acid 

and Silicon copolymerization emulsion polymerization,adding a variety of additives. 

      The powder components a kind of inorganic powder from the mixture of raw waterproof materials.

A new type of waterproof material with high flexibility,strength,water resistance comes into being 

after mix the two components.

Characteristics:

1 This product takes the acrylic acid and polymerization silicon copolymerization emulsion 

    as the latest tight vanguard technology to improve the ability of water resistance.

2 Take water as the dispersion medium,non-  toxic,harmless to the environment.It’s a kind of environmental friendly product.

3 Paint films have compare the high elasticity and the tensile strength,water 

   resistant,the weathering resistance is good.

4 Can be directly used in many kinds of basic plane,no matter in the moist base or dry.

5 Easy to operate. There is no limits for basic unit moisture. Construction time could be reduced.

6 Any color auxiliary can be added to this product to achieve the effect of waterproofing and decoration.

Application:

1In new and cold construction,basement,roof,toilet,ect.And the waterproof,corrosion prevention in metal pipeline.

2This product can be used in moist or dry bricks and stones, the mortar,the concretes,the metal,

   the lumber,each kind of hear insulating layer base.

3 Could be used in any waterproofing and repairs constructions.

Construction Conditions:

     The base level should be no angle,dust and water. The moisture content rate should be lower than 9%.

USE METHODS:

   1 Mix the fluid and powder component together according to the percentage. 

      ( First, put the liquid component in the barrel,then pour the powder slowly,

       In the mean time, stirring the mixture with stirrer. The mixture can be used 

      When it becomes well-proportioned.

   2 In the first pass,under the temperature of 20C, brush the basic plane with brown brush. 

      The surface drying time is 4h. Time is longer if the temperature lower.

   3 When the first pass finished and didn’t touch hand, begin to brush the second pass.

       If the paint dose not achieve the requested thickness,we need to brush more times to gain 

       the thickness.

Usage Amount:

1 For thickness 1.2mm,the amount is approximately 1.8-2kg per square meter.In this case, 

   we need brush 3 or 4 times.

2 For thickness 1.5mm,the amount is about 3.2-3.5kg per square meter and brush 4 or 6 times.

3 For thickness 2mm,the amount is approximately 3.2-3.5kg per square meter.In this case, 

   we need brush 6 or 8 times.

 

Storage and Transportation: 

      The product can be stored and transported under the temperature from 0C-40C.

High temperature insolation is forbidden. Validity is one year.
