     Applied a special method,the A component is made of Modified ionic emulsified asphalt and high molecular

 

 polymer,adding the component B curing agent, through the spraying machine and equipment to spray.

 

The component A and B will fast mix and react when spraying in the air.After quick reaction,the mixture 

 

becomes a higher property,waterproofing,anti-leaking film.This product is sprayed by special spray machine

 

with high speed to film,easy to apply in construction sites.The material is environmental friendly product and

 

 meet the environment requirements.

 

METHODS:

 

    

    1 Special spraying machine should bu used for this rubber waterproofing coating    

 

    2 According to the  ratio, component A and B meet outside the spray gun and films on the base surface

 

      through fast chemical reactions to turn a layer of dense film. 

 

 

Product Character:

 

1 Super high elasticity. Two component spraying rubber waterproofing coating has a good elasticity.It’s 

 

elongation can reach 1000% and recover rate is more than 90% so that can better resolve the leaking 

 

problems caused by bases shapes change.

 

2 Good coverage to the base.The film can cover the bases totally and perfectly to reach the joints.

 

So it is called “skin type” waterproofing.

 

3 Temperature resistance:

 

These different products types can meet low and high temperature requests in different areas.

 

4 Higher work rate: 

 

    Quickly films when spraying in short time. The thickness can reach 4mm. The spray machine can better

 

 increase the construction rate and save people resource and cost, largely shorts the construction time.

 

Two spray guns can be added with this machine and the work area can more than 1000SM per day.
