General introduction of the product:

1.This series of chipper can cut log ,branch,forestry slab,waste single board,bamboo,cotton straws and other non-wood fiber stem into chip of required specification ,which can be used as basic raw material of shaving board ,fiberboard,non-wood artificial board and papermaking pulp.

 

2. This series chipper with advanced structure,can cut raw material into high quality chips, and has a wide raw material adaptability. On the other hand it is convenient to operate and fix.

 

3. This series chipper is made of the following       parts:body,knife roller,the upper&lower feed material rollers,conveyer belt,hydraulic system and so on.

 

1) The body is welded by high strength steel plate, and it is the sustaining base of the whole machine.

 

2)Two to four fly-cutters are fixed on the knife roller by fly-cutter bolts which is made specially through pressure blade.The upper feed material roller assembly can move up and down within a certain scope by means of hydraulic system according to the different thickness of raw material.Qualified chips will drop through sieve hole and discharge from the bottom,those bigger’s will be cut again in the machine.

 

3) Hydraulic system :from the oil pump to oil cylinder , it can help to start the cover for changing blade,it can also lift the upper feed material soller assembly for adjusting the clearance between the cutter and bedknife,and disassembling board.when the machine need repairing.
