Our story starts in 1993, when our family began working with passion and determination in the truffle sector, with the aim of creating a strong and well-organized business. Food safety always comes first for us and every day we strive to ensure our customers high quality products which are carefully checked during all stages of production, from the reception of the raw material to the transformation stages, from packaging to storage and shipping.

Tesori del Matese is FSSC 22000 and IFS certified - the international standard for certifying the safety and quality of food products and production processes. The company has also obtained the Kosher and organic certification.

Our passion comes from our land and lies within our land: Molise, one of the smallest regions in Italy, but one of the richest in terms of natural "blessings": it provides more than 40% of the national truffle production. Our truffles are harvested solely from the area of Italian forests, especially the Molise area, protected from industrial agriculture and the use of pesticides and fertilizers.

Truffles are the gems of the Italian kitchen; their typical fragrance and the bold taste evoke the forest flavour, appreciated even by the most demanding palates.
