I just made a new purchase. What is the longest time to purchase my warranty?
Depending on whether you bought a new item or a certified refurbished electronic item, will depend on the time. If your item is new, you have up to 60 days to purchase your warranty with us. If you have purchased a certified refurbished item, we require up to 30 days to purchase your warranty.

Does Jacana Warranty have restrictions on makes or models?
The great thing about our warranty plans is that we cover ALL makes and models for each category (just as long as your item has at least 90-day warranty for your new item or 30 days for refurbished). We wouldn’t want to restrict you to models.
