I have washed these multiple times and they wrinkle very little. I just lay them flat, smooth with my hands and fold. I love the

These are regular sized handkerchiefs, so I don't know if they will fit a little boys pocket, They are kind of thin, so you may be
able to fold it small enough to fit a small pocket.

Recently bought a set of Docker's hankies and they are thin and rough, 100% cotton too. What makes these better?

Dear, this set maybe is not thicker than Docker's, but they are very soft, and get softer after first wash. They are made of 60s cotton, the higher the number, the better quality.
