Pine buds contain vitamins B and C, tannins, carotene, resins, phytoncides, bitter substances, starch, essential oil.
Pine bud preparations have:
Anti-inflammatory properties, which allows them to be used to reduce inflammatory processes occurring in the body.
Expectorant properties. Pine buds are used for coughing. Pine buds soften coughs, make breathing easier, and also promote phlegm removal.
Antiviral property, which allows them to be used during viral and colds.
Antimicrobial and disinfectant medicinal properties.
Wound healing properties
Choleretic and diuretic properties.
In addition, pine bud-based products relieve muscle aches and spasms. A remedy for cleansing both blood vessels and the body as a whole is often used. Pine buds have a general strengthening effect on the body. Decoctions, infusions are prepared from them, they are used as inhalation.
Broth. Pour a tablespoon of pine buds with a glass of water and boil. Then strain and dilute with boiled water to the original volume. Take a tablespoon three times a day. When taken during colds, it is recommended to add honey to a slightly cooled broth.
Pine bud-based inhalation.
