1)     How to start to order with you?

 First of all, please kindly let us know your needs and requirements. We will quote according to your quotation request. Then confirm the graphic design for your personalized label and place the deposit for the order. Finally, we will arrange the production accordingly.

2)    What is the MOQ?

The MOQ is 36 bottles per type of product. Please note that PRICES VARY BASED ON THE QUANTITIES (Higher quantities, lower prices)

3)    Can I have my own customized label for my product?

Sure!  Customized logo, brand, customized shape, size, are all ok. We produce only private label products with personalized front label and back label according to the regulation.

4)     Can you provide free sample?

 Yes. We offer samples. However, please find below the sampling rules:

• Only one sample per client  of 6 or 12 bottles maximum;

• A flat rate price will be applied. We will apply the unit price corresponding to the quantity of 300 bottles.  

• Bottles will be shipped with a “Sample not for sale” label; Personalized label will be done only for regular orders;

• A shipping price will be applied according to the Country of destination.

5)    Could I get a discounted price?

Yes. Prices vary based on quantities. The bigger the quantity, the lower the price.

6)     What is the lead time? Or Production time?

Usually, the production takes 15-25 days after the order confirmation and label approval. For orders of more than 5000 bottles, the production time may be longer. However our production pipeline is organized to ensure the shortest time possible.

7)     What is your delivery time?

We can deliver your products at the port you prefer. The delivery time depends on the quantity and port of destination. In case we have to deliver to LIVORNO or GENOVA, consider 5 - 6 days lead time.

8)     How to ship the goods?

Please note that we apply EX WORKS PRICES. We can deliver your products at the port you prefer. The cost of the delivery from our factory to the port will be calculated based on the quantity and port of destination. 

9)    Can I mix different products in one order?

 Yes, of course. Different products can be mixed in one corder,but each quantity should not be less than MOQ.

10) Can you offer any accessories?

 Yes. If you needed, we can look for accessories for you, such as wooden and cardboard boxes, greeting card etc. For custom accessories bigger MOQ might be required.

11)  What is your term of delivery?

Ex Work Prices - INCOTERMS

12)  Can you provide us certification or other documents necessary for our order?

 Yes. We can prepare the certificate of origin of the products as well as fumigation certificates for pallets. If you need them, please tell us before we start the order. For any other request, we can check whether we can do it or not.

13)  What are the payment methods?

 You can deposit by T/T or PayPal for small orders

14) What's the payment term?

 Payment by T/T 50% deposit before production and 50% balance before shipment.
