Product introduction of twin screw pump
We know that twin-screw pumps are structurally divided into single-suction twin-screw pumps and double-suction twin-screw pumps.
The two major products of our company have their own characteristics and are introduced as follows:
The product feature of the single-suction twin-screw pump is that the pump unit has a pair of left and right rotating screw
sleeves, which are divided into cantilever types (see Figure 3) and A-type lines (see Figure 2). The product has a simple
structure and is easy to use and maintain. It is used for occasions where the flow is not large and the pressure is not high.
The product feature of the double-suction twin-screw pump is that there are two pairs of left and right-handed screw sleeves in the pump unit, as shown in Figure 1. The product structure is more complicated than the former, and the use and maintenance are more difficult than the former. It is mainly used for large flow or (and) pressure high occasions. The double-suction twin-screw pump has been carefully built by our company's R&D personnel for many years and has achieved effective measures such as quick replacement of seals and quick adjustment of helical surface clearance.
