●What is KOSHU ?
This white wine is made from traditional Japanese native grape variety, "KOSHU" 100%, which is officially authorized as Japan native grape variety for wine making by O.I.V., France.
KOSHU has delicate aroma with notes of Japanese citrus, savory, minerally flavours, and elegant acidity that results in a crisp and sophisticated finish to wine.
To make this wine, all the material KOSHU grapes are harvested in Yamanashi and very carefully selected by hand at our winery.
●What is "Sur Lie" ?
French words, "Sue Lie" is "On the lees" in English.
"Sur Lie" is one of wine making methods, Not removing wine lees soon after fermentation but keep lees at the bottom of a tank with wine until Spring in order the lees to add beneficial textures and flavors to wines.
"Lumiere KOSHU Sue Lie" pairs very good with Japanese foods like Sushi, Sashimi and also various Sea foods in the world.
Its crisp and fresh acidity also goes well with greasy fried foods such as Tempra, Chinese foods etc.

●How is the sale status of this wine ?
Actually this is the best selling wine of Lumiere Winery for Japan market and for our overseas customers.
We can provide two types of labels, one is normal type as shown on the top page and another is an attractive label with Japanese letters "Hiragana" that can easily appeal to your consumers at sight.
The price would be reasonable if you are an importer or distributor who has clients like restaurants, hotels, bars or wine/liquor shops because we can directly export our wines from our factory to your warehouse not through agents or traders. Trade terms and conditions or MOQ are all negotiable.
