1. What are your main products?

Ans: Wool jacket, hoodies, wool long coats, wool hats for adult and child, Gloves, mittens, Slippers, long socks, child hats and child sweaters. We deal in every kind of hand knitted, handloomed woolen products.

2. Can I request Samples?

Ans: Yes but the samples are not provided free of cost. Buyers need to pay for that along with the shipping charge.

3. What is your delivery time?

Ans: Delivery time for the shipping ranges from 3-10 days. 

4. What is the shipping way?

Ans: Sample and small quantities we use Express like DHL, FedEX, Skynet, Aramex etc. For the medium quantities we use Air cargo. But for the large quantities we use sea cargo.

5.Method of Payment

Ans: Through Swift/ Bank transfer in our bank account. We will provide the detail upon the confirmation of the order.
