Q1: How to get a sample?
A1: Sample order is acceptable. Please contact us and make sure what sample you need.
Q2: What about the leading time?
A2: In general, the leading time is about 25 to 35 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different quantities will have different leading times.
Q3: How about the packing and shipping?
A3: Normally, we have a carton for packaging. If you have any other special requirements, please feel free to contact us.
Q4: How about the OEM/ODM service?

Q5: How about the payment clause?
A5: We accept 30%T/T in advance, the 70% T/T balance before the delivery.
Paypal, Western Union, and L/C are also available.
Q6: How about warranty and procedure?
A6: Warranty time: 12 months
Warranty procedure :
1) If the product has any hardware or software problems, please contact us on time, our engineer will provide support to solve problems.
2) If the problems still cannot be solved after checking within warranty time, the user can return the defective unit, we will repair and send it back to you.
