Latteria Soresina Parmigiano Reggiano is an aged cheese with an inimitable taste. Only good milk that has been milked and processed by expert hands in a one-of-a-kind natural territory. Latteria Soresina selects only the finest wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano, attentive to ageing according to tradition. For over 120 years we have been bringing unexpected goodness to the table, made with tradition, passion and craftsmanship. Half-fat cooked slow-matured hard cheese. It is produced using calf rennet with acidity developed naturally during fermentation and made from semi-skimmed cow's milk – the product of a natural skimming process. Parmigiano Reggiano is naturally lactose-free. The absence of lactose is a natural consequence of the traditional Parmigiano Reggiano production process. It contains less than 10 mg/100 g of galactose.
