Q1: Can I get a free sample?
A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check,but you'll have to pay for it which is refundable when you place the order more than 100PCS.
Q2.How many days do you need to prepare 1 sample?Do you have EU/US warehouse?
A: Normally which takes 2-7days,depending on parts stock available.And we do have EU US UK warehouse with stock available.
Q3.What's your main products and what certificate do you have?
A: Urban and off road Electric scooter are our main products,with certificates of CE, ROHS, UL GS & FCC etc,based on customer requirement.
Q4.Do you provide OEM developing services?
A: Yes, customization is our strength,we have more than 8year e-scooter OEM experience.
Q5.What is your lead time?
A: It depends on product and order QTY.
Normally, it takes us 30days after receiving the deposit, repeat order only need 15-20days.
Q6. Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container.

A: It's one year for engine and frame,and others are 6 months.
