Latteria Soresina combines over a century of history and tradition to create a unique cheese, made exclusively with the milk of its cows. Its quality is guaranteed and certified by controls throughout the supply chain, in full respect of the environment and animal welfare. Medium-fat cooked hard cheese produced using calf rennet with acidity developed naturally during fermentation and made from semi-skilled cow's milk - the product of a natural skimming process. Naturally lactose-free. Lactose less than 0.1g per 100g. The absence of lactose is a natural consequence of the traditional Grana Padano PDO production process. It contains less than 10 mg/100 g of galactose.
