A: Adobe Illustrator file is the best, but PDF, PS, PNG JPEG also is OK.

A: Yes , no problem. But you need to pay the mold fees and shipping cost to your address. We often suggest carrying out mass production directly. It will save time and cost. We always send the customers artwork proof first before production.
