Frozen SARDINES fillets (Sardina pilchardus) (50%), stuffing (38,8%): white bread (type “0” WHEAT flour, water, sunflower oil, dextrose, yeast, salt, malted WHEAT flour, BARLEY and corn malt extract), onion, partially skimmed UHT cow’s MILK, EGG, sweet ALMONDS, extra virgin olive oil, grated cheese mix (MILK, salt, lactic ferments, rennet), ANCHOVY in sunflower oil (anchovy, salt, sunflower oil), orange juice, PINE NUTS, raisin, orange peel, parsley, lemon juice, lemon peel, salt, black pepper, oregano. Bread crumbs (WHEAT flour, yeast, salt). Batter (6%): type “00” WHEAT flour, water, partially skimmed UHT cow’s MILK , EGG, beer (water, BARLEY malt, hop, yeast), salt, nutmeg, oregano, black pepper.

With "Sempre Ghiotti" we serve the genuine Sicily, with its smells and authentic flavors. We share all real Sicilian products, not only those famous around the world, but also special dishes of local origin (have you ever heard of Stigliole Palermitane? And of Panelle Nissene?).
We have chosen the most traditional recipes of our land; we serve them on your table with easy preparations, suitable to contemporary life. For all that, we aim to complete your tasting experience: bit by bit we want to make you plunge into a totally Sicilian flavor.
Another aspect that characterizes us is the desire to look "beyond our horizon". In fact, for some time, we have been working to make the Sicilian cuisine "within the world’s reach." So, we experiment with the use of autochthonous and very high-quality raw materials from all over the planet to combine them with the typical recipes of the Mediterranean diet.
Often these culinary tests are commissioned by some European market’s players: appreciating the quality of our work and not having a proper know-how in the field of transformation of fish products, into ready-to-eat meals, we are asked to create tasty homemade frozen recipes, without additives and preservatives, 100% edible and characterized by simple preparation. Once ready, we proceed with immediate -40 ° freezing of the product that guarantees the optimum conservation without the use of additives, and it maintains intact the original taste. To taste the product at home, just bake it for 15 minutes and it is soon ready, fragrant and tasty.
