Khachapuri in Svaneti is an ancient recipe used only in the high mountains of Svaneti Georgia. In the filling with natural sulguni cheeses and Imereti cheese is added hemp seed oilcake. Hemp seed oilcake contains a lot of useful substances for the human body (mononucleides, vitamin d, which strengthens the heart muscle, burns excess fat in the body, cleanses the intestines and much more), so most long-livers in Georgia live in Svaneti. The best combination of health and taste is khachapuri in Svaneti.

Our company produces the first frozen Khachapuri in Russia and in the world (ready for use in a heated form), which has an amazing property of remaining freshly baked even after long-term storage.
The dough for "Khachapuri" is prepared according to old Georgian recipes of the 18th century. Cheese for our "Khachapuri" is produced on a farm in the Lipetsk region, where there are own cheese factories, and fresh natural milk is always used to produce our cheese.
We have been working on the Russian market for 5 years and during this time many customers have already managed to appreciate and love our products.
We also present our products on the international market and have already established ourselves in Canada, Israel, the USA and Europe. New friends are always welcome!
