Today, the company, led by Giuseppe Ciccolella, creates a superior quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the result of passionate fieldwork and skillful management of the best technological resources.
Our strengths:
- WE DO NOT USE HERBICIDES IN OUR FIELDS;
- WE CRUSH OLIVES IN OUR MILL immediately after harvesting;
- WE EXTRACT IN A CONTINUOUS CYCLE WITH 2 PHASES CHECKING THE TEMPERATURE TRYING NOT TO EXCEED 23 DEGREES to guarantee a product rich in polyphenols, natural antioxidants very important for health;
- We FILTER immediately after extraction with pure cellulose filters;
- WE STORE THE EXTRA VIRGIN OIL IN STAINLESS STEEL SILOS at a controlled temperature with nitrogen, which allows us to prevent the product from coming into contact with oxygen, the main cause of oxidation.
- WE BOTTLE only when we receive an order, to ensure fresh product.
