Of course.The current sample can be provided for free, and we would charge some fees for special designs.Sample fee should be return back when order is up to certain quantity.The samples would be sent out by FEDX,UPS,TNT or DHL in about 2-5 days.
3.Can we have our own logo or designs?
Yes, you can. We can customize according to your requirements, include logo, designs and packing.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 20-35 days after receiving deposit and confirming all packaging materials. We have strong production capacity,which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity
5.What to do if the products is damaged during the transportation?
Don’t worry, Each of our products are wrapped in bubble film, and then placed in a professional packaging box, basically no damage. If it’s still damaged, we will resend you new products together with your next order.
