A: On one hand, our quality: Purity of single ordinary refrigerant is more than 99.9% and blend refrigerant is more than 99.8%. Besides, we can make quality strictly as per ADI700;

On the other hand, we can provide below certificates: COA, SGS, ISO9001 quality;

2 Are you a factory?

 ‘Terusan EST’ is a company having a  factory in Wittlich and Shipping  is Port of Hamburg. 

 

3 What products do you have and how about the package?

A: We supply refrigerant gas: r245fa,r407a, R134A, R404A, R407C, R410A, R600a, R290, R227ea,r236fa  and other new type refrigerants with good quality and very competitive price.

 

Packing:

Disposable Cylinder:15lbs, 30lbs, 50lbs;

CE Cylinder: 12.3L, 14.3L, 50L;

DOT: 30lbs, 50lbs;

 

4 Do you have a license?

5 How can we import refrigerant? 

A: As we are doing the export business. We have all right to export gas to our customer’s country. But customers need have the import license for clearing the cargo. If, they don’t have the license we will take the responsibilities which will come with a fee. 

 

6 What is the payment do you accept?

Our main payment is by T/T.  30% paid as deposit in advance, 70% balance paid at sight of copy B/L. We also accept MoneyGram, West Union etc, but need further discussion.

 

7 How can we know about the quality?

About the quality, our testing standard is by the gas purity. We can offer customers certificate COA and MSDS of the gas , also customers can do SGS and third party tested is welcomed.
