Q: What are Inflatable floating boact made of?
A: durable PVC tarpaulin or PVC vinyl material, weather-resistant, waterproof, fire-retartant, UV protective, 0.2mm to 1.0mm thickness available.

 

Q: Why PVC vinyl more expensive than PVC tarpaulin?
A: PVC vinyl is better than PVC tarpaulin mainly by following features:
1). excellent abrasion resistance
2). outstanding low-temperature performance
3). more heavy duty and better wind resistance.
4). better printing effect 
5). very good tear strength
6). easy to clean
7). easy to repair by glue

 

Q: How to inflate an Inflatable floating dock?
A: Can inflate by an electric blower/pump included. It usually takes 3 to 30 minutes to inflate a tent depending on design.

 

Q: Can we use Inflatable floating dock in winds?
A: Yes, the tent itself is usually heavy to stand stably, we make D rings and match ropes for you to tie for more stability. You can also use sand bags or water bags to increase stability. However, please use depending on actual scene.

 

Q: Can we use Inflatable floating dock in rain?
A: Yes but since the blower is connected with electricity (unless upgrade to Airtight style), we don't suggest long time use under heavy rain although the floating dock material and blower plastic case are waterproof.

 

Q: Can make with our logo printings?
A: Yes. May be for free or charged depending on quantity, printing colour and size. You may send us high resolution artwork in JPG, PDF or PSD.

 

Q: What happens if the floating dock punctures?
A: Due to constant blown air, the tent can still be blown up and use as long as the damage area is not big.

The damage can be repaired by sewing machine, and PVC vinyl tents can also simply be repaired by our repair kit (material patches and glue).

 

Q: Can you send me design sketch to confirm before production?
A: Yes. After you place an order, we can use your custom requirements to make a design sketch, and will start production after your confirmation.

 

Q: Is there a Warranty?
A: Yes. 3 years' warranty against material defect and workmanship. It's long distance to ship back, so we send repair kit for every inflatable product.

If it is damaged, you can use repair kit (glue and same color material) to repair, and we are happy to guide you through if there's any problem.

 

Q: Prices and Selling Terms?

A: 1) Unless otherwise stated all prices listed are including air blowers and repair kits, and based on Exworks selling terms.
2) We can do CNF/CFR, CIF or DDU terms if you need.
3) We recommend bigger quantity orders or wholesales which can save production and order processing cost, so as to get a discount.

 

Q: How to order?
A: 1). Please specify the items and order quantity you need with any special requirements if you have.
2). We will quote you best price with details accordingly.

Q: How to pay?

A: We will start production as soon as we receive your down payment (deposit) or payment slip/copy.

After production is completed, we will blow up the products for quality control and email you photos for confirmation and check if any modification is required.

We also welcome your visit and inspection. We will make shipment and send you shipping documents as soon as we receive the balance payment.

 

Q: Production time?
A: Production time for an order usually takes 5- 12days upon receipt of deposit.

However, it can be longer or shorter time, depending on design (big or small size, simple or complicated, in stock or not), order quantity (big or small),

time frame when you place order (busy season or low season), etc.

 

Q: Shipping?
A: Can be shipped by sea, by air or express delivery. Actual shipping time depends on which seaport, airport and delivery address you use.
