Japanese style omlette over rice with sauce  




[Material for 2 people]

2 bowl of Rice(300g)
1bag of tea and fish soup
100g of chiken leg (cut in dice)
2 small onions chopped
50g of mushroom
1 tea spoon of sesame oil
spice(chili pepper, black pepper)





[Omelette]

A 4 eggs
4 table spoons of tea and fish soup
1 teaspoon of oil

[Starchy Sauce]

some grated ginger
B 200ml of soup stock
1 teaspoon of salt
Spice of your favor(ex. red pepper)
1 teaspoon of starch
1 tabelspoon of water




[Recipe]

1.Pour sesame oil into a pan and heat. Then stir-fry the chicken, then add mushroom and tea and fish soup and mix well. Be sure to cook the chicken well.

2.Add rice and make fried rice, then shape them on the dishes.

3.Take the eggs and stir them up. Once again, heat the pan with sesame oil and pour half of the stirred egg. As the egg hardens, shape the egg in a football shape.





4.Make 2 football shaped eggs and then place it on top of the rice.

5.Make the starchy sauce. Prepare the tea and fish soup beforehand by boiling a pack in hot water. Then pour it in a saucepan. Lower the heat and add a starch dissolved in a teaspoon of water, and gently stir until it is a bit sticky.

6.Pour the starchy sauce onto the egg, then sprinkle the spice of your choice.

7.Enjoy the meal!
