very very easy, just click "next ".we will send you the software CD with your goods , then click"next" button. donnt need  technical staff to do this or spend some time to train your guards

our software is developed based on english, if you can help us to translate some software words ,we can change any language you need 

       3. download patrol data from scanner/reader/wand 

install a client software or use our IP downloader .if you have computer in security room. you can install a client software in your computer.but some company do not want to install computer for guards in case they spend some time in game

• what kind of browse can be used ?

Chrome, Firefox, Safrai,  IE etc.

• operation system ?

windows 2000/2003, xp, win7 etc

• can check patrol data in smart phone ,pad ?

yes, expect computer, you can use smart phone or pad to check patrol data. this is more convinient for manager can know guards work even on holiday 

• is there any  operating authority for diferent?

yes,admin can set the user authority .some one  can download the patrol data.some users can set the patrol plan. or some users just can check the patrol reports and so on. in case, all the people who know the username and password can change the patrol plan or reports freely 

• does it have email report function ?

yes, our software can send email to the pointed people monthly/weekly/dately. this can be set freely 

• does it very expensive ? 

no.we are not only a hardware (guard tour system) manufacturer but also software .so if you purchase many hardwares from us or you are our distributors we will give you the best price for software or even send you freely 

• is there any limited on the clients or the using time 

no. there is no any limited on the clients number or using time .and you also have three month free testing 

• can i creat  Shortcuts for i dont like to remember the username and password 

of course, you can, when you login your software, you can notice there is a button "create desktop shortcuts"
