A truly multi-purpose fluid bed equipment, got three patents in China, which separate

all known fluid bed processes can be carried out without modification in a single
pot, e. g.:

Mixing: All products which can be fluidized e. g. Powder, granules, extrudates, pellets
etc. Are homogeneously mixed in the HENDGE process unit. By the special process
air flow(horizontalradial and tangential) the mixing behaviour is particularly
good.

Drying: All products which can be fluidized up to every residual moisture physically
possible.

Granulation: Powdery products. By spraying of binders nearly every requested grain
spectrum can be produced.

Spray drying: Suspension spraying onto powder particles

Pelletization: Liquid layering on Non-parails

Instantization: Instant granulation with corresponding instant effect

Cooling: By fluidization with cooled dry air

Admixing of solvents, vitamines, trace elements,
Etc.: Easy mixing and homogeneous distribution at the end of process by corresponding
technical equipment.
