1. Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured locally in Vietnam, in our self-designed factory that is ensuring to meet up to the HACCP standards, located at: Vinh Loc Street, Vinh Loc B Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

2. What ingredients do you use?
Hato Food specifically uses Ingredients grown all over Vietnam to introduce and highlight unique characteristics such as bolder tastes, stronger fragrance, and peculiar Vietnamese flavour to foreign countries. This uniqueness is possible thanks to quality Vietnamese soil, unique farming practices, and the geographical conditions such as tropical weather with ideal temperatures and humidity levels for the growth of certain breeds.

3.What are the upsides of your products?
After dehydration, the products still retain their natural beautiful colour and characteristic delicious taste.
Nutritional contents are almost unchanged or change very little.
The product's moisture content is low, helping to prolong the storage time.

4. How should I store your products?
Ready-to-use dehydrated spices should be stored in a cool place, away from direct light. Humidity, heat, and light can cause them to quickly lose their distinctive flavour. That's why despite how keeping spices on the kitchen counter right in front of you can make things more convenient, you should store them in another place, maybe in the kitchen cupboard, for example. After each use, please close the package carefully and immediately to ensure shelf-life and the quality of your aromatics.
