All the products are handmade following an innovative method which includes a natural leavening of over 60 hours. Each base is prepared and extended by our experts' hands. The specific hydration of the dough makes it easier to digest compared to the traditional pizza.
Every phase: dough, leavening baking and wrapping is rigorously controlled in order to guarantee a final result of high quality
