The vineyards are located in areas highly dedicated to the viticulture and are grown with absolute respect for the environment, using natural and eco- sustainable products. Alternative forms of prevention are indeed used, such as sexual confusion and integrated pest management.
Our Rosso Verona reflects the typicity and peculiarity of Valpolicella and is vinified in a genuine way through indigenous yeasts.
The label shows a clear, polished and essential design, which is suitable to represent wines with an excellent quality - price ratio.
The logo depicts the elegance of ‘Palazzo Scaligero’, the historical building, symbol of Verona, in the magnificent square ‘Piazza dei Signori’, and it offers an elegant image, which is then found in our wines from Valpolicella.

The origin of Tenute del Granducato dates back to the second half of the 19th century. A romantic period with its spirit reflected in the arts, poetry, music and literature.
Duke Carlo Bussola, the founder of Tenute del Granducato, loved wine and his passion, knowledge and craft have been passed on through 150 years of history to his great grandsons. These young experts of wine have inherited and are carrying on the tradition of five generations of wine producers.
Today the Tenute del Granducato farm boasts an important vineyard plantation in Tuscany, and olive groves in Puglia, in southern Italy. Qualified personnel and technicians of the field work every day at the facility to guarantee a healthy and quality product using state-of-the-art materials and technology.
Tenuta Selvaforte represents the new selection of Tenute del Granducato’s wines.
