Q1: Are you a manufacturer?
A1: YES, we have our own factory in Taichung, Taiwan. Most of our parts are made in Taiwan.
Q2: How is the payment terms?
A2: 50% T/T in advance, the balance 50% T/T before shipment. Or through Alibaba.
Q3: How can we make sure the machine quality?
A3: We have almost 3 decades of experiences in producing sealing machines and have sold our products worldwide. Our machine quality is approved by our customers all over the world.
Q4: What is the delivery method?
A4: For spare parts, we can use EMS or express such as FedEx, DHL or UPS to deliver the parts.
For machines, we can ship via sea, air or express as well.
If shipping via sea, we can do FOB or CIF terms.
Q5: How is the packing?
A5: For desktop type, we use plastic bag and bubble wrap to pack the machine, and then put the machine inside an export carton which is harder and stronger to protect it from damage.
For floor model type, we use wood crate package.
If you would like to pack your order with pallet or wood crate, it is available, please contact us for consultation.
