Wood pellets are produced by compressing the wood material which has first passed through a hammer mill to provide a uniform dough-like mass. This mass is fed to a press, where it is squeezed through a die having holes of the size required (normally 6 mm diameter, sometimes 8 mm or larger). The high pressure of the press causes the temperature of the wood to increase greatly, and the lining plasticizes slightly, forming a natural "glue" that holds the pellet together as it cools.

Grade				1. On panels of A/B grade (oak) in thickness 19-26 mm it is allowed up to 20% sapwood on C side. 2. On panels of A/C grade (oak) in thickness 19-26 mm it is allowed more than 20% sapwood on C side. 3. If panels are cut to size, 50 euro/m3 added to specified prices. 4. Packing of each panel in a film +30 euro/m3. 5. Panels with variable width of lamellas + 200 euro/m3. 6. It is possible to produce quality CC panels (quality and price will be negotiated). 7. Oil coating +80-150 euro/m3 (depends on oil quality).
