Family-run farm in the heart of Sicily: 47 hectares of land, 4000 olive trees, 1000 almond trees of the "thunder" variety under organic regime since 2022.

Our cultivars are Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, Ogliarola, Giarraffa and Cerasuola. Although the foundation year is 2017, we have been producing oil and almonds for 25 years, without using any chemicals, following the rhythms of nature. In twenty-five years activities we have built a solid company that combines respect for traditions and nature with a modern and rational approach. We harvest olives both by hand and with compressor harvesters that do not damage olive trees. With its hundred and fifty years of activity following the canons of the master millers, Cumbo Frantoio from Aragona (AG) takes care of the cold milling and the processing stages.

The oil produced is then stored with nitrogen in steel silos in order to preserve its organoleptic characteristics.
