Return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. The customer must send the photos of the products before for approval of the return. Returns are checked upon arrival. Returns must be made with their original boxes in good condition. The boxes must be in perfect condition and complete, including the box itself. Any merchandise received in poor condition or a mixture of stones and wedges in the same box will be refused and no credit will be issued. All returns must be directed to our warehouse. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. |
