1. Put one piece of noodles in boiling water (500cc)
2.Cook the noodles for 2~3 minutes
3.Put the self-prepared ingredients, stir the noodles & cook for 2 minutes, the delicious noodles is ready for serving.

4) Procedure of Vegetable fritters
a. Place the julienned ingredients (cabbage, carrots, pumpkin) into a bowl and add condiments and flour to mix them together.
b. Heat oil and fry the mixture in a wok.
5) Procedure of Jawa Ramen
a. Cook the Ramen with boiling water.
b. Mush the julienned pumpkin and cooked milet.
c. Heat up some olive oil then stir fry the sliced ginger and diced tomatoes. Add the mushed pumpkin and millet into the wok. Bring it to boil. Add the condiments and lime juice according yo your preference.
d. Add the cooked Pumpkin Ramen into a bowl topped with the freshly cooked sauce. Add more vegetables.
e. A bowl of homemade Organic Pumpkin Jawa Ramen is done. Serve it with vegetable fritters!

4）煎饼的煮法
a. 把切丝好的食材（白包菜，萝卜，南瓜）放入碗内，加入调味料及面粉搅拌均匀。
b. 把锅预热后，把菜饼煎至金黄色即可。
5）南瓜有机爪哇拉面的煮法
a.水煮沸后，放入南瓜面并煮熟，面质软硬可自调，煮以备用
b.把切块的南瓜和煮熟的小米搅拌至糊状
c.把锅预热后，倒入油，并把姜片、番茄一块炒香后，再加入南瓜糊汁（南瓜，小米）煮沸。加入调味料，青柠汁，把酱汁的酸甜度调匀即可
d.把南瓜面放入碗中，将煮好的酱料倒入碗中，再配上备用的蔬菜（番茄，黄瓜，紫包菜，青柠）
e.一碗酸甜可口的南瓜有机爪哇拉面即可上桌！
