Aged for 18 months in American oak casks according to the traditional Sherry system of Soleras and Criaderas. Tasting notes : Light, amber coloured brandy with golden tones. Its “estery” aroma corresponds to the good distilled wines with which it is prepared, providing a reminder of their spirit, with light oak tones. Suggestions for consumption : Ideal with a mixer.
