We have received the prestigious Superior Taste Award in 2017 by the International Taste & Quality Institute in Belgium. Our Umeshu is made using traditional methods with carefully selected ingredients with all our passion.
This item uses a traditional Japanese sake base from Kyoto Sasaki brewery and incorporates Nanko rare Tsuyuakane plums and rock sugar. This sake has an elegant red tint and has both a fruity taste and aroma.
