A2: Firstly you can apply us your drawing, second, you can provide the actual sample to us then our designer can help you to make the design injection mold drawings for your confirmation
Q3:Can we test the plastic injection mold?
A3:Yes , after the mold finished produce,we can help you to test the mold for free
Q4: If we do not satisfy with your sample, what will you do ?
A4: We will adjust the mold and make sample again for you for free until you are satisfy.
Q5. Can you supply suface treatment for injection products ? What are the surface treatments?
A5. It is ok. Surface treatment: spray paint, silk screen, vacuum metalisiing, Anti-fog and UV harden, etc
Q6. What about the lead time you current need ?
A6: Currently 3-4 weeks
Q7: Can you also offer some metal parts for mold ?
A7: Yes, over 90% current parts in the market you can find from our warehouse, while custom items need 2-7 days.
