Production
Production technology of direct digital printing on natural fabric
Printing on natural fabrics is carried out on the latest European equipment, which provides high speeds, quality and good color rendering. In our Factory, we use high-quality and expensive water-based inks, which ensure the safety and environmental friendliness of our products.
After applying the print, all fabrics are cured at the recommended temperature in a Calender drum heat press, which ensures uniform heating and correct fixing of the dyes. Only this approach to production allows us to achieve a stable result and meets the safety standards for finished products.
Direct digital printing technology on knitwear
Our factory has a unique line of equipment for printing on knitted fabrics, the only one in Russia, which is equipped with a modern system of tension and feeding of thin, stretched and fleecy knitted fabrics. Thanks to the correct and uniform tension, the print on such a canvas is applied brightly and clearly.
After the production process, the material is fixed in a calender drum heat press, observing the required temperature regime.
Sublimation printing technology on synthetic fabrics
The priority of our company is the speed and quality of the fabrics produced. We achieve all this with high-speed equipment with a capacity of up to 900 running meters per day. We use expensive high-quality paper, which is initially printed and high-quality European sublimation inks. Next, we transfer the image from paper to canvas thanks to the latest oil-filled calender heat press. Due to the fact that when fixing an oil-filled drum is used, the print on the canvas lies evenly, clearly and color discrepancies are minimized throughout the entire batch.
