High Speed Tablet Coating Sugar/Film Coating Pan designed in 12”, 18”, 24” 30”, 36”, 42”, 48”, 60” or 72”, size SS Pan. Coating Pan is totally enclosed with MS Cladding with standard Gear Box, Motor, Hot Air Blowing arrangement. Machine is designed with MS fabricated structure and all arrangement – except electric control, air filter and SS Pan are inside the enclosure, which makes simple cleanable outside covering. Machine is mounted on dyna mounts which avoids foundation.

12”, 18”, 24” 30”, 36”, 42”, 48”, 60” or 72” Coating Machine has variable speed drive and hot air blowing system is built in the machine.

60” or 72” Coating Machine has two speeds with step pulley without hot air blowing system. Suitable hot air blowing system can be supplied separately on demand.

All clit Coating Machines are provided with interlocked electrical circuit so that heaters can be operated only after blowers are made ‘ON’ to avoid burning of hearts. Coating SS Pan Mouth ring is soldered at their rim cavities to avoid collection of dirt or contaminated drug. Clit standards machine with Redicon Gear Box and NGEF or Siemens Motor and all electrical controls are of Siemens or L&T make. Thermostat control can be provided on demand. On customer demand, Gear Box and electrical including motors can be provided local make for economic purpose.

Drive Assembly:

The tablet coating pan consists of a suitable 3 Phase, 440 V, 1440 RPM TEFC motor with suitable worm reduction gear box and cone pulley arrangement to give three speed output.

Hot Air Blower:

The tablet coating pan unit is provided with a hot air blower consisting of suitable 3 Phase 440 V, 2880 RPM TEFC electric motor & centrifugal blower with damper delivering required CFM. The air is heated by means of suitable electric heater to give air at 30 to 90 degrees Heater with thermostat control and flexible hose pipe.

Control Panel:

Unit provided with suitable control panel with starters and push button to actuate the drive and for blower the circuits consist of MCCBs, relays and contractors in series Ample overload protection is provided by the MCCB and the relay Wires coming out of the connections are numbered for easy recognition.
Mounting: The motor and gear box is mounted inside sturdy MS frame and the pan mounted on the Gearing housing fitted in the stand. Blower mounted by the side of the stand or placed in remote location if required.

Finish:

All joints argon Arc welded and all SS Parts polished to suitable finished required of pharmaceutical equipment MS parts painted to smooth finish.

Applications:
Conventional coating machine used to sugar coat tablets, pills, etc in for a variety of industries such as Pharmaceutical, Confectionery, Food and others. They are also used for rolling and heating beans and edible nuts or seeds.
