Product Description
Mullite insulation brick
Mullite insulation brick refers to a lightweight refractory product with an AL2O3 content of 40% to 70%. It is mainly used for the contact effect of non-melting and non-corrosive gas insulation materials in industrial kilns. The use temperature is 1300℃～1600℃.
It is made of clay clinker or light clinker and plastic clay as the main raw materials. It is usually produced by fuel. It can also be a porous structure made by foaming or chemical foaming. The bulk density of ordinary light clinker is 0.5～1.2g/cm3.
To ensure the quality of our raw materials, we only purchase raw materials from long-term trusted suppliers. For each purchase, raw materials must pass two inspections, one at our supplier's site. The batch will be inspected a second time after the material arrives at our factory. Every time a raw material enters our factory, it will be inspected again before being accepted.
