What are Banh Xeo?
Banh xeo is a popular rustic cake in Vietnam. Banh xeo is made of flour on the outside, inside with meat, shrimp like bean sprouts, shallots... Banh xeo is often poured on a wide pan, the sound of when dropping. The pan makes a "sizzling..oo" sound because the dough is very thin. After the dough is nearly cooked, people pour the filling and then fold them in a semicircle, pancakes can be poured in two ways: crispy pancakes and chewy pancakes.
What is Banh Xeo flour?
Most recipes instruct you to use rice flour to make Banh Xeo, but they don't specify the grain of rice. Therefore, many women in addition to buying pre-mixed flour do not know what type of flour to use to replace or make automatic mode.
