Process to Produce Elephant Dung Coffee 1. Select good quality of arabica ripe coffee bean. Unqualified ripe coffee doesn’t pick because of its imperfect. 2. Coffee bean (red cherry) is brought to feed elephant together with main food. Elephant will eat red cherry 10% of the main food daily. 3. Thread cherry will be in elephant’s stomach for 24 hours. Within elephant’s stomach, the skin and jelly of red cherry will be digested. 4. Elephant dung contains coffee bean which is indigested. The coffee bean will be separated to preserve for 3 years. After that, the produce “Elephant Dung Coffee, Chang Thongkhum Brand” is launched.
