The product is made by selecting high - quality steel plate and then its the surface through 

powder spraying or plastic dip treatment.

Spec: Thickness of 0.5-8mm.            LWD: TB2, 5-200mm,            SWD :TL 10-80mm Mesh size: Length (600-4000mm) Width (600-2000mm), etc. Material: low carbon steel (Q195/Q235) , Stainless steel,,brass plate,Al-Mg alloy plate.                  Aluminum plate,titanium plate,nickel plate. Process and characteristics: stamping,stretching, flattening, beautiful, durable. Surface treatment: spray paint, anodized, electric galvanized, hot dipped galvanized,Polishing, PVC coated,   Powder coated, Fluorocarbon spraying. Hole shape: diamond,square hole, round,scale hole,hexagonal, etc. Feature: the color is bright, the hole is firm, not rusting, durable and so on.

Yes, we can offer you samples for your test. Still can be customized to sample.

 

3. Is there a minimum order quantity ?

The minimum quantity has different requirements aiming at different goods

 

4.What about the export packing?

 

There are various kinds of packages for our products. Normally, we have several types of packing: waterproof paper inside and wooden case outside; waterproof paper / waterproof cloth, then on  pallet; products in roll with shrink film and woven bag. 

 

5. What is the annual production you can guarantee?    

 More than 2500 tons.

 

6. I' d like to know about your productive capacity . Is it sufficient to manintain deliveries on schedule?

Yes, we will arrange reasonably the production soon once we get the new order.

7. Is there quality control throughout the production process?

All products have to go many checks in the whole manufacturing process. We assure that we will meet your expecations.

 

8. Could you guarantee the service life of the products?

Yes, PVDF coating product are more than 10years warranty time.
