Q:How about payment terms?
R:T/T 30% advance amount, 70% paid before shipment. Or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight for order amount over US$30,000.00.

Q:Can i get the sample? how about the Lead Time?
R:Sample is available, but the sample cost and freight cost need to be affored by customer, and this payment will be returned after customer place an order. Sample Lead Time is within 10days.

Q:We would like to have our own brand, is that ok?
R:Yes, we could accept OEM/ODM with your brand or your design, but we will require a MOQ for difference models.

Q:Do you have any certificate?
R:Yes, normally our scales are with CE. ROHS adn LVD certificates.
