How to Use
Construction Method of stacking in Double-Space(Between Wall)





• Stack an Inner Wall At this time, insert #16 wire into a u-shaped bend-ing on the bottom for AIRPINK fixing between
the inner and outer wall.
• Stack the AIRPINK by securing it to the fixed liner that already buried. Avoid bending and crevice between AIRPINK boards.
• Tape the joints between the AIRPINK with a damp-proofing tape. Fill the gaps thoroughly with AIRPINK pieces and then tape them.
• Stack the outer wall with fixing it by buried wire

Construction Method of Dry Exterior Wall





• When concrete casting on the wall, install a steel anchors for fixing AIRPINK board to the outer surface.
• Hang the AIRPINK board on the anchor. At this time, be careful not to be bend the AIRPINK board, especially to make
sure that the joints between the AIRPINKs are adhered to.

Construction Method by Bonding Adhesive (Composite Insulation Panel)





• Make a laminated Panel gathering AIRPINK and gypsum board. (Thickness 9mm)

• Cut the panel to the fit the height and space of the wall.
• Attach the bond at intervals of 300mm with a diameter of about 50mm and a thickness of about 3~5cm.

• Place a waterproof sheet on the AIRPINK boards.
• Cast the mortar evenly on the waterproof sheet.
• Cast the lightweight concrete after plumb the cooling tube, according to designated plan and finish it.

Precautions for Construction
• This product can be used for heating and cooling at temperatures below 70℃.
• In case of exposure from heat waves and direct sunlight may cause discoloration or deformation of product.
• Do not store the product on the steel, closing a fire and heat-absorbing materials. This can also cause product
discoloration or deformation.
• When finishing interior materials, construct the fire protection or heat blocking walls together.

Precautions for Storage
