Q: What kind of stove can we use?

A: It can be used directly on any stovetop. It is recommended to use a low flame no larger than the bottom of the tea kettle, to prevent kettle body overburning.

Q: How to use the tea kettle?

A: Step 1. When ready to use for the first time, wash out the inside thoroughly with mild soap and warm water.

    Setp 2. To boil water, the tea kettle should be place on the stove with a medium flame no larger than the bottom of the tea kettle.

    Step 3. After water has boiled, remove from stove. It is recommended that you use a pot holder or oven mitt when pouring or removing the lid.

    Step 4. After you have finish pouring, make sure that there is no water left inside the tea kettle and wipe it dry.

Q: How to clean the tea kettle?

A: Hand wash with warm water or using a mild soap to wash and allow to air dry. On occasion for added cleanliness pour 2 tablespoons of baking soda and a little of lemon juice into the tea kettle, add water, and bring to a boil. Do not use any harsh abrasives such as steel wool to clean on the inside or outside.
